  • The Omelet House is my go-to for comfort food. And the funny thing is, I don't usually go for breakfast! This visit, I had my lunch favorites: the Ham & Bean soup with the banana walnut bread and the zucchini with the ranch dressing. The zucchini is served with your choice of cheese sauce or ranch, and I love the cheese sauce with their spuds or chicken fingers. But the ranch is best with the zucchini and is in my opinion, the best ranch dressing in Vegas! I've also gone for breakfast and dinner in the past. My kids rave about their pancakes and I love all the omelets. Dinner is good as well. They have daily specials at the Summerlin location, but I'm not sure they serve dinner in Boulder City. There are a few locations in town and I've been to all of them. There is always easy and convenient parking, but be prepared to wait for a table on weekend mornings.
