Yelp keeps deleting my reviews of this place and I'm sure they have deleted similar reviews for no reason.
worst Bank ever... i closed my account today after noticing a few bogus fees.. one was for using a teller when I supposedly only had an E account which was news to me seeing as I set up the account in person!! and had made several deposits in person.. but they decided to charge me anyway..
the next charge was for a bad address.. when i asked why they told me some mail was sent back to the post office.. I asked the bank manager to look up my address on their computer and saw with my own eyes that it was correct, so was the address on my Drivers license that they had a picture of on their computer, but that didn't stop them from charging me anyways.. then I asked why if I have an e account are you sending me mail anyway its an e account doesn't that mean email only, and I've signed up for paperless billing.. she said yes..im going to have to research that... I said no close my account I'm sick of these bogus charges.. Then they charged me 10 bucks for closing the account because of the unwarranted charges... This location also has some of the worst customer service I've have ever seen, when first going in person to set up the account they told me to go home set it up online first then come back and i could finish it in person. I have never heard of that before.. then when I asked how to set up an online profile so i can check my about they basically ignored me, I told them i tried and because of the confusing layout of their website set up a totally new account, which i had to delete later.. I'm surprised they never charged me to delete that account...
