If I could give 0 I would. My husband was talked into a "free" stay in Vegas for $199 and we would be given a refund after attending their timeshare presentation. We showed up to the presentation and were refused attendance because my husband's license showed expired by two months even though it was not expired. All the paperwork was taken care of, we had just not received the license yet. I spoke with a supervisor that stated he must have a valid I.D. The I.D. IS valid, if he was pulled over, the officer would see that it was valid. They gave us a piece of paper with a phone number to call and hear the same b.s. line. I was then transferred to another supervisor that said the same thing. Sorry about your luck, and BTW we are not refunding you so you are out $199 for your supposedly "free" stay. All of a sudden, we were treated differently by the staff because we would not be buying a timeshare. I wouldn't own a timeshare here even if it was given to me. Plus, the room was smelly with stale smoke, the spa didn't work, and the food prices at the grill were astronomical.
UPDATE: We have also received another bill from them for $469 more and they are threatening collections! SCAM!!!
