  • We just had a service and small repair from TNA and our experience was fantastic. We used them last year and had great service but this year I noticed my A/C wasn't running like it should the day before we're having my brother and his family come visit all the way from Japan. I called and spoke to Artie and she had someone over within hours to fix the problem. Our service person was Dell and I would recommend him to my family and friends without hesitation. He clearly explained what needed to be done and the charges we should expect before the service. He was professional, thorough and efficient. I felt 100% comfortable and confident with having him in my home and with his professional assessment of our unit. Do not hesitate to use this company for your HVAC needs. Their customer service and fair prices are the best we've seen in Vegas. Thank you again to everyone at TNA. We appreciate your great service.
