  • I travel for work in multiple states and today I went to return a women's tshirt I had bought in Wyoming and the Chandler Harley refused to refund or exchange since they did not carry the same shirt. I had bought tags on item and my receipt. The staff then proceeded to insult me further stating that the shirt is obsolete and seasonal. I just bought it a few weeks ago and it is still summer. Their retail relationship with Harley Davidson in general sucks. Their customer service was unfriendly as well. I would never do business or recommend them to other Harley people!
