  • I have been at this location over 30 times. They push detailing and they do a pretty good job. For a routine wash and clean be aware of what can happen. On the front end your automobile is vacuumed then run through an automated washing system and hand dried. I had some dog hair in the back seat and asked to clean it. When my car was finished the dog hair was still there. I had them take it back and clean the back seat again. I was told that a cleaning like that may be more of a detailing and that's why there was dog hair remaining. I have to say this. Francis and Sons is a service to clean automobiles. I would have paid more to have that done the first time and avoid the hassle and delay.
