  • I have not gone to this dealership in a long time but thought I would give them a second chance. I went there on 04/14/17, with a scheduled appointment. The advisor told me that it would take between 1 1/2- 2 hours to install 2 new tires. 4 hours and 15 minutes later my motorcycle was done and to top it off, they returned it dirty. They offered no excuse or apology and they made me feel like, I should be happy to do business with them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will drive the long distance to Harley Davidson of Scottsdale for my next service and next purchase. Harley Davidson of Chandler needs to take some lessons in customer service from Harley Davidson of Scottsdale.
