  • I've been back to this location many times but the service is hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are friendly and other times they just ignore me. I usually order using the Starbucks app and while they advertise in this location about skipping the line by using the mobile app, I often get stuck waiting for a while for someone to acknowledge me when I'm trying to pick up my order. I know the location is busy but the employees should still acknowledge you when you're standing right in front of them.
