I shop at Ulta all the time. And when I wanted to return something the manager said I can't because I don't have the box. Having the box to do a return shouldn't be an issue. The manager told me she wanted her return percentage to go down that's why she didn't want to except my return. Ridiculous. She wanted me to drive 20 min to another Ulta because I said they've have done returns there without boxes. I called customer service and they said she should have accepted the return since it's been only 30 days and I have the receipt . Super unhappy!
