  • Made an appointment for two 90minute massage on 1/17, the establishment is big and it's clean. The reason it's only one star is because when I called I was told that we would get hot stones and hot towels, they did the hot stones for about 1 minute I thought they would do at least 5mins?!?! The two persons doing the massage were talking almost the whole entire time they did the massage I went for a massage not to listen to someone laughing in my ear! To top it all off I DO NOT think we had to tip each of them $15 as the massage was not worth 50% of the massage cost! I think it's really outrages a tip should not be forced it's a tip FYI something you feel they deserve not what you are forced to leave!!!
