I am not impressed . For both of my appointments they failed to call and confirm prior. My last appointment I arrived on time at 11 for an x ray and stitch removal. Twenty minutes after 11 they asked if we could do a drop off. This was enraging because my appointment was not scheduled as a drop off. I told them no, I live far and I'm not going to leave and come back. The front desk apparently scheduled wrong and they didn't have a doctor that I could see that wasn't already booked up. So now I will be getting a call about the X-rays tomorrow instead of an in person consult. I'm glad they could make that work because I wasn't about to wait around for the doctor ..
Next, my dogs stitches looked sketchy like they were done quick and not with much care. However I am grateful that my dog did fine in his surgery even though he was still drugged up 12 hours after his appointment !
On top of that the doctor seems to think that diet has no effect on my dogs hemangiosarcoma. I understand that this condition comes from sun exposure. However what my dogs eats, feels, and does, will affect if the cancer spreads or not. Let thy food be thy medicine, this has been known for thousands of years.
