  • Everytime I go to Charlotte for night life, I always have midnight diner on my mind. By far my favorite thing is the shrimp and grits! They use a great blend of green and red peppers and just enough spice. This is paired with a fluffy biscuit on the side. This time I tried the 2 piece chicken and waffles, and I will say again I was impressed. I am a pancake over waffle kind of gal, but their waffle had a nice taste and was cooked well! I added some hot sauce to the wings, and then devoured my meal.
