I was not staying here but rather attending a seminar.
The parking is horrendous. I was unable to find where their parking garage or lot was at so I parked out in front and went to the front desk to find out.
I was told there was parking with handicapped spots if I went out and took the first right into the parking which was also for the office building. BAD DIRECTIONS FROM FRONT DESK I did this and ended up down a ramp where I was unable to open. Was unable to get my car out of there so I parked it until I could find some help. It took about 20 or more minutes and walking from one office building to another before I actually found a reception desk with a phone to the security. The gal met me and we had to walk all the way back to the car where she opened the gate and told me that they had directed me to the wrong lot. I ended up being 1/2 hour late for the seminar.
Way too much walking for me as a handicapped individual. Finally found the lot and got a ticket. Asked attendant if I could get a validation at hotel and was told yes as the fee was flat $10. So the fee was $10 for parking there only 2 1/2 hours. ABSURD!!!!!!
Since I was attending a seminar I had to leave at lunch time to return home to take care of my meds and my pets.
I was told by the attendant that I could not leave and enter again with the same ticket and would have to pay another $10. Really a rip-off. I have been to many of the Hilton Hotels and never had to pay for parking as they all have their own lots.
I left here with a bad taste in my mouth and decided I was not going to pay another $10 to return so I missed half of my seminar.
So, if you are planning to have any meetings here for any groups I would not recommend using this hotel. Avoid going to any events or having lunch or dinner here as you will have an additional cost for parking.
