  • I've been to the other 2 locations and they have always been a good experience this scarborough location does not live up to the franchise. I ordered a chicken on rice and it was RAW, i asked staff if they could cook it a little longer and they refused arguing that my rubbery raw chicken was fully cooked. I then asked if they could just microwave it and again it was denied I dont know why they would feel the need to argue with customers. mistakes happen in the restaurant business all the time, but there is no excuse for arguing with a customer, specially over a piece of chicken that was visually raw.
