This is a terrible gym in terms of equipment, personale and number of members. There are too many people and the piss-poor equipment is never free. The contracts are hard to get out of even once they are fulfilled. You will have to fill out a form in person or send them a letter. They also are missing basic equipment available at almost any other gym. I can't see why anyone would go here. I worked for a fortune 50 company for eight years and as you can imagine we had policies and procedures; the first of which being 'never quote policies and procedures. The second mantra was 'take care of the customer.' I was working long hours and it was inconvenient to go in and cancel my membership of five years so I called and explained my situation and they quoted me policies and procedures and didn't take care of the customer. I now workout at Las Vegas Athletic Club for $23 per month. All the equipment is new and clean and there are so many stations I never have a problem getting a good workout. They also make workout drinks and have a pool and racquet ball. Notice the response to this review is full of policies and procedures and talks brags about the rudimentary basics of any gym - clean equipment that works. Gold star for the bare minimum.
