  • I cannot rate Dr. Heffelfinger even 1 star. I was recommended to this practice by a trusted friend. I went to this doctor for a few years and each year I complained more and more about my left eye. The doctor nor the other technicians listened to me. The doctor told me that I had a cataract forming in my right eye and they'd keep an eye on it. They just kept giving me prescriptions for glasses. This year I didn't keep my annual appointment and went to another doctor. My new doctor found 3 in my left eye and suggested I see an eye surgeon to have them removed. The new doctor and the surgeon didn't know how she couldn't see the cataracts in my left eye. I found out from the surgeon that not only do I need to have cataract surgery I have keratoconus and my replacement lens needs to be a toric lens. THANKS DR. HEFFELFINGER for being a mediocre doctor, at best!
