I would give zero star if possible.
I'm writing this unpleasant message to complain my recent terrible experience with Value City Furniture.
I ordered a bed frame in Nov. It was scheduled to deliver on Dec 19th. Then I was told they got the wrong color on Dec 18th. And push the delivery to Dec 26th. I was too naive to believe it's the end of story.
After that delay, I had not got any call from VCF until I called the customer service. Then I got another delay.
I eventually got my bed on Dec 27th 2:30 pm. However, the delivery boys couldn't finish assembling the defective bed. They promised me that someone would come later on the same day to finish it, to give me a place to sleep. I should never let them go. No one came that day. When I called the customer service, nobody was aware that they had send a defective bed to me. I was asked to send the picture again, although the delivery boys had already upload pictures. I had to call several times to get someone fix my bed on the next day.
Now I believe that your company is a chaos. Nobody knows the business. Everyone is make promise that cannot be kept.
Let me see if your recent promise can be kept or not. I was told that I would get a new bed to replace the defective one on Jan 3rd. I would return the bed without hesitation if the new one is still not good.
