Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I never write reviews but it was so appalling I felt I had to. I am not going into the story as it spans over 2 weeks of bickering with them over the phone.
But I found through 8 hours of phone conversation & dealing with 6 customer reps, 3 technicians & 2/3 supervisors. The technician who came to help last was the best & honestly the only help.
I'm from Ireland and thought I saw bad customer service with NTL when they were in existence but Bell topped that.
