I had heard a lot about the dry aged steak and wanted to try one so thought this would be the place as the advertise their dry aged steaks by hanging them in the window. After talking to the staff I decided to go with flavor and their recommended ribeye steak. This is my favorite cut which I have had before in other restaurants. I did not order any sides which are all separately priced as I know the steak should be more than enough. The steak was delivered and was cooked medium and was hot throughout and pink in the middle. Sound just right. While the first bites were delicious, it became tougher and tougher as well as less juicy. Other rib eyes I've had have been a little thinner cut but much tastier and of better quality.
The service was very prompt and you might expect from a high-end steakhouse with the water glass being filled frequently. The dark wood make you feel as though you were in an English manor and add to the experience but doesn't over come the lack of quality meat.
