  • Was assigned this company on a Friday from my home warranty for my freezer malfunctioning. They called on Monday - 3 days later as they don't work weekends. They also only work 9am-5pm for repairs. This is not acceptable for those of us who have to work to pay our bills. When I asked the agent to notify my home warranty that they couldn't process order due to inflexible hours, the agent became very rude and told me I should call the warranty company to tell them.
