  • Worst experience I've ever had looking for a new car. We had a older gentlemen showing us the vehicles his name was Todd and I can't say enough that he was completely awful. This guy did a total 360 degrees when me and my girlfriend said "we would like to think about it over night before we pull the trigger on this $415 a month payment". He didn't even say good bye like we were just walking pieces of meat to him. He just stormed off and didn't even acknowledge us. That was the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in along time and I'm a US Army veteran that is 100% disabled and this is the treatment I get Jim Marsh? I was loyal to your dealership and have made business there in the past.. Guess that won't be happening again. I'll be letting my buddies at the Veterans Affairs know about this stunt.
