  • If I could give no stars I would. This place is horrible every test I ran they never sent me results. I would call and they said I they could verbally tell me over the phone (in front of the whole waiting room) or I could come in between 9 and 2 (when I work) to tell me in person (again in front of the whole room). The girl at the front with purple hair is extremely rude and condescending and has no sensitivity. They would discuss other patients in front of the waiting room when these patients were not there. I dropped them as a provider as soon as I could. They never sent me a last bill and instead sent it to collections which doubled the bill. I called and asked for an account statement three times 2 months apart and still have yet to receive a single one. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if someone from their office has stollen my identity. Healthcare is a very personal and sensitive thing. This office is anything but that.
