  • I went in to pick up a few things, I asked one of the women working there for a recommendation regarding shampoo and conditioner. I to,d her that price was a concern of mine at the moment, so she lead me over to Bed Head, were the sign said it was on sale for 9.99. She handed me a large bottle of shampoo and a large bottle of conditioner, I also picked up a bottle of detangler. I grabbed a few more things and went to check out. To my surprise the shampoo and conditioner we're bringing out for $39 a bottle not 9.99 as the sign and the women that worked there told me. A woman walked back to check the price, it took her a while to come back up. She was holding the sign in her hand, she explained to me that the big bottles ( the one the woman that worked there handed me and told me were 9.99) were not part of the sale. She then said that the woman told me the wrong thing, with a very " too bad for you " attitude. I left the store without buying anything. I'll be calling their corporate office to complain also.
