  • The customer service here is amazing! Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond any time I had a question or request. My insurance doesn't cover the IVF meds, so when I switched to estrogen and hormones I didn't think to give them my insurance information. Then after a couple months, I asked if I could use it and they said yes. So a couple employees were nice enough to help me go back over my payments and refund the money that insurance covered. They didn't have to do it since it was my error, but it was awesome that they did. They also do home delivery even though I live about an hour away.
