I use this establishment at least once a week. The staff is very helpful and are eager to help me when needed. My car gets clean. I sometimes use the bug removal station to brush down my front end, rims, and windshield. I then run it through the wash and spend a good 20 minutes drying and vacuuming. I sometimes spend 40 minutes working on the interior, cleaning leather seats, windows and trim. The parking area is a bit tight and can get annoying trying to focus on cleaning while letting cars in and out of the spot next to you. Sometimes I get a non working vacuum with little suction so I just move my car to a working vacuum. No biggie. The only complaint I have, which gives me anxiety, is they guide me in and I'm so close to the car in front of me I'm afraid I'm going to rear end them. Same with cars following me through the wash. I swear their bumper is touching mine. That annoys me. Otherwise, I'm happy with Clean Freak.
