It's funny that others have said that there is a problem with the wait at this branch because that's the same experience I had. Always a line and there are only one or two tellers available to help customers. There was a ton of people in line when I walked in. The tellers did seem to be friendly and fast, but the one I dealt with that appeared to be a more senior staff member wasn't helpful.
I was trying to get a cashier's check or at least get money out of my self directed Merrill Edge cash management account and they said they couldn't honor my check from Merrill Edge because I don't have a Bank of America bank account and couldn't verify whether the funds in my account were tied up in securities or had cash available. I find that odd but if I had it in securities I wouldn't have wrote the check? Isn't Merrill Edge owned by BofA, right?
So, instead of suggesting that I open a BofA account or finding another way to hep me. They just wanted to sit on their hands and tell me how many different ways they simply couldn't do anything. So, I went to a different branch and they were able to hep me. I wasted my time at this location.
