  • Hash House a NO NO!! As a local here in Las Vegas, we used to come here and somewhat enjoy it. Now that it has been featured on a couple of Food Network shows and every Tom, Dick and Harry are coming here from the strip, it has gone way down hill. The service and management has become just like the strip restaurants, high volume and with no care for customer service. We decided to give it another chance on 7/5/10. I will sum this experience up real quick. Horrible! Got there at 11:00 waited till 12 to sit down because of the wait, no problem, as expected. Unfortunetely, numerous parties (party of 4) who came in behind us were seated before us (party of 3). Finally we were seated. We placed our order and 35 minutes later we had our order taken again because of "lost ticket' or "forgot the order" whatever. Had to ask for the manager to come over after they sent over a waiter to apologize. Finally we got our food, no check back to see how everything was or to apologize and then they lay the check down. We all have worked in the restaurant industry and never look for a free meal but how bout a little discount or something. NOTHING! Had to ask for the manager again to come over. Lets sum this up, none of us will ever come back and we will take our business down the road to a much better breakfast joint on West Flamingo. If you want a crappy strip experience with huge portions of so so food then this is definetely your place. We gladly will give this restaurant back to the strip folk. Enjoy.
