  • You don't typically go to an Israeli / Russian restaurant expecting good service, because you know at least the food is good......but Sofra takes crappy service to new heights!!!....and growing up in the Eastern Bloc, I'm used to this sort of thing. I get it, you guys are always busy, so you simply don't care. However, the quality of your food has also been slipping in the past little while, so if I were you I'd be very concerned.
