  • Dr. Yates is very caring and attentive. I required a filling as a new patient and had complications with the filling. He made himself available repeatedly over months to help resolve my issue and reduce my discomfort. The general office staff were also very friendly. I know by like my fourth trip back in, all the staff knew my name. :) The setup of the office is warm and friendly. The procedure room seating is surprisingly comfortable and they have flat-screen televisions with easily accessible remote controls so patients can be distracted by house hunters international during less than pleasant procedures. The only real issue I had was with my cleanings. I expressed concerns and then came for a scheduled cleaning. Instead of pointedly discussing my concerns and getting down to the scheduled procedure, I felt like we wasted an hour talking and going back over a sales pitch for the hygienist's original recommendations. I probably would have been less irritated if I hadn't been sent allll the way back home without the dental cleaning that day, but then again my issues were probably pretty unique to me. The staff have all shown a willingness to talk about or listen to just about anything you want. Maybe they do it to a fault, since time is money, but there are certainly worse faults to have.
