  • The selection is awesome... but the customer service is a deal breaker After I brought in a movie late 5 days late and asked to pay the late fee, I got a snide, "Thanks for finally bringing it back" Sad to say I went home and got a Netflix subscription. Will only use again in case of a video emergency!
