  • I started by buying a Groupon for this studio that was about $30. I went the first time and was pleasantly surprised when I saw how clean and welcoming the place was. The women's locker room is my favorite, there are clean/modern shower stalls, blow dryers, hairs ties, tampons, everything you need right in this enormous bathroom! So besides the aesthetics, the class was HOT and HARD, I thought I was going to die the first couple classes, after the third one, I broke through the barrier of death and felt so refreshed and the class was so easy! If you're going to go, don't go just once, you have to at least go for a week to really feel the benefits. I suffer from scoliosis and have NO pain whatsoever anymore. PLUS the classes are never over packed. The pictures on yelp.com are probably from opening week because it's definitely never that crowded. The only thing I'm not looking forward to is a membership of $100/month when my Groupon expires..
