  • Came here 8:10 in the morning because they open at 8:30am. Figure if I got here early, they can oil change my car sooner. Drop off the car and waited an hour before someone talks to me! In fact, I have to walk around and ask who should I talk to. Finally one of the employee figure out it was Cory that supposed to talk to me. Find the guy just sitting at his desk doing nothing!!! I told him I need oil change and tire pressure was low. He said he'll let the mechanic know about it. Then I ask him if they use full synthetic oil, he told me they did but did not explain to me this is something consider an "upgrade". I didn't know about this until a couple of hours later when he show me $142 bill for an Oil change? He said before was cheaper because it was normal oil and for synthetic cost a lot more. Maybe he should tell the customer about the pricing first. I did not want to argue and just let it go. Anyways, after driving home I've noticed the tire pressure light was on again. Turned into Firestone and found out there was a BIG nail on the tire. Firestone offered to fix it for free. I can't believe the Lexus people missed that. Very disappointed at their service and regret recommending anyone coming here.
