  • Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible way of doing business! I do not mind waiting on a Saturday when I do not make an appointment. However when I have waited an hour, when I was quoted 15-20 mins, and once I do make it to a chair I am switched out for another person who also does not have an appointment but is going to be getting a service that cost more than mine. It is unacceptable. Especially when they post signs to clarify that they can refuse service to anyone as if they have ran into problems. I can see why. Not a place I would recommend.
