I was here yesterday and asked the worker at the register if he can give me more of the creme on my salted creme float and his reply was, "As you can see, we're very busy right now so I don't think we can do it for you." What kind of reply is that? It wasn't busy at all. I used to work at a bubble tea place in Chicago, so I would know what busy means when I see it. Busy means line out the door. But he got the nerve to tell me he couldn't give me more because it was busy. He could have just said yes or no as an answer but he got to give me a bs excuse like that.
