| - We LOVE Dr. Winston. He is everything a vet should be and so very knowledgeable. He is great.
But as every company has issues the first thing I would do is go through and get rid of every single opinionated Tech he has. I don't know the names of the techs I can just tell you what they look like. When you run a company you are expected to be professional. You don't comment to my husband and kids when you are taking our fur kid (yes she IS our family) out loud that " Someone needs to get his balls chopped off or you need to have your uterus closed so you can't have any more babies"!!! What are you thinking Miss Blonde Vet Tech??? Keep your nasty comments to yourself. Thank you.
I gave Dr Winston 5 stars because he is AMAZING!!
One more thing. I have recommended several people to Dr. Winston and Sun City West animal clinic a few of my Golden Retriever buyers (yes we have had a couple litters) to Dr. Winston complimenting him to the highest regards. One of the people stood at the desk, was never welcomed, no "hi how are you" "no we will be with you in a moment" nothing and she and her fur kids walked out and called me and said "what are you thinking"???? I was embarrassed, they said they don't tolerate being ignored. Yes this is a problem there and I do forewarn people that the staff is rude, but Dr. W. Is amazing. The second couple made an appointment and said the old lady at the desk was rude, and the blonde tech manhandled their female Golden, didn't speak, ignored the pup when she was trying to "get to know her" asked a couple questions and walked out of the room!!! They told me they loved Dr. Winston however won't ever go back or recommend to their family or friends! That's huge!!! Especially when you are an independent business trying to work on your own.
I know they depend on the older folks in and around Sun City and they as well as myself, my family and the outstanding amount of people I have recommended to Sun City West (Dr. Winston) nothing but professional service. If you have nothing nice to say ZIP IT! But at least recognize them with a smile and a hello and let Dr. Winston do his magic. He really is GREAT, BEST Vet I've ever known and SMART, kind, complimentary and patient, loving and kind. He is direct and to the point. He's never lied to us and is blatantly honest! It's just his staff that need polishing. A customer service class would be perfect. If you need help with that contact me. If not it will be the epitome of how the Vet does moving forward.
I can suggest to them some people that I work with that spend a lot of time helping the public and train their departments on #1customer Service, #2 how to answer the phones correctly and with polite professional service.
Thanks for listening. Again Dr. Winston is great but the customer service rates a -1.
