  • This past weekend we picked up an Apple Honey cake. It was delicious, and perfectly balanced. I have to admit we go whenever we can find an excuse for cake. It was beautiful, with its flower petals. The baker and shop owner was delightful and friendly. We paid $10 for the privilege of eating this nice little cake which would have served more than the 3 of us who were lucky enough to eat it. I have never disliked anything she's made. She's got a great recipe for success - great ingredients, kindness, and a delightful shop. One of those businesses that makes me feel lucky that Montreal births and draws such talent in all of the arts.
