  • I've already eaten at Ruby Rouge a few times but this will be my last time. At the end of my lunch, I asked the waiter for the bill so he takes out his phone and starts calculating in front of me. I felt really weird/uncomfortable when he calculated in front of me because the cashier was in the front. He showed me his phone and told me the total was 22.xx dollars. I already knew how much the total was suppose to be and I was pretty sure he was wrong. I gave him 40 dollars and when he came back with the change he did not bring a receipt so I asked for it nicely. He comes back with the receipt, the total on it was 24.xx dollars. At that moment I knew something was wrong so I told him that it's incorrect. If my total was really 24.xx dollars then the change that was given to me was wrong. The waiter runs to the cashier and gives me a second receipt with the total 19.xx dollars that was correct. He blames it on someone else and at that point I was so embarrassed for him so I just paid and left quickly. By the way the food is not that great and the restaurant is pretty dirty. Not really sure what went wrong with the multiple incorrect receipts but please check your receipts!!!!!
