  • I enjoyed the ginger cookie and the carrot cake at Bakerbots. The rest of their pastries have been hit and miss for me. I have to agree with some of the reviewers here who commented on the poor customer service. There is one young male staff member who is just consistently rude. I was in the other day and bought a custard tart ($5 and none too fresh, unfortunately). When I asked for a bag for my purchase he just dropped a plastic bag on the counter and walked away. There were no other customers behind me, so he was not in a rush. That was pretty much the last straw for me, rude customer service just ruins the entire experience. I won't be visiting Bakerbots again.
