I feel like I'm being treated as though I'm less than a customer. So far everyone one I have encountered here needs to get some training in how to treat the customer. Hint: treat me like you care that I'm here, with courtesy, eye contact and warmth. Make me feel like a guest. Right now I feel like I'm imposing on your day by bringing my car in for an oil change. (Training, training, training. C'mon management. It's your fault.)
