  • Professional, promt, punctual, prepared, perfectionist, personable, polite, prestigious, pristine, practical, palatable price point. Phew.... JR is all that and much more! He beat everyone's price, (palatable price point, practical ) he was on time for the estimate and the install, (promt,punctual ) and when we were going over our project together he knew more about what we needed and what we were looking for than we realized ourselves (prepared, prestigious ). We needed about a week and a half to get started on our project due to the fact that we were going on vacation so we scheduled for our install once we were back home. I couldn't help feeling like he would forget or would be unprepared for the project because of prior history with AZ contractors scheduling out so far having failed me in the past. Not the case with JR!! He was all over it upon our return. The glass for our shower was cut and finished on time and perfectly fit,( perfectionist ) as well the hardware we orderd exceeded our expectations.(prestigious ) He was ready to go!(prepared ) I had to take the morning off work for them to be here for the install and he told me that the install would take a certain amount of time. Wow, on the dot with his estimate for time which aloud me to schedule my work day after he was finished.( professional ) JR and his right hand man were very relatable and friendly putting me at ease having them in my home and doing the work for me. ( personable, polite ) I left them alone to do the work, not hovering over them as many do, feeling comfortable that they knew what they were doing. The finished product is amayzing, the glass is perfect, the job is very clean. I didn't need to do any project clean up once he was finished. In fact, he left the room cleaner than he found it. They needed to go in and out of the house several times for the job leaving zero clean up for me when finished!( pristine ) I will be using JR for all my future glass and mirror needs in the future and I recommend you consider him for yours as well. JR did not ask for this review from me, this is a byproduct of his hard work and professionalism!
