rev:text	I usually never have an issue with this Walmart and prefer to use there onlknenorder and they bring it to your car service. I have been using this service since they started it, faithfully at least once a week and usually deal with Robert, who is their best employee and deserves better than this place. Any way, order was suppose to be ready between 5-6 PM and I arrive at 520pm and they are super busy, so when one of their reps come to my car at 5:35 to check my name, she says ok I will be right out, the rest a car ahead of you. I wait and wait and wait and nothing, so at 5:54 I call the number and a guy, I find out his name is Holden (or Holten doesn't really matter cause he has horrible customer service) answers and I tell him I have been waiting for about 40 minutes and he says oh, your order is not ready yet....nothing else. I wait and wait then at 6:04 I call back and a female answers and she says I just got back and no one told her anything but she will be out with my order. I ask to speak with a manager and I'm on hold another 6 minutes and I hang up. My items come out at 610 and it says one item is not end and not in stock, which was a lie because I went in the store to speak to manager and get that item which was detergent. I went to the shelf and there were 5 on the shelf. I speak to the manager who seemed as of I was bothering her and all shebcoild say was oh I'm sorry that shouldn't have happened and it's my first day back there so I dont know what's going on back there. So Walmart doesn't train their managers I guess. I will now be spending the extra money to go to Smith's and Target and doubt I will return to this store unless I am in dire need of something.
