  • You will not believe how I found Emily and how I now believe she is not just a beautician, but a magician! So I desperately needed my hair done before a major event I was attending, and I called every hair stylist I could find to get an appointment. They were ALL booked. I foolishly decided to go to a beauty school because they had available appointments same day. Well, I have jet black hair and I want to be a blonde. They completely destroyed my hair and I walked out with a horrible orange color and yellow patches across my hairline (never EVER go to Penrose Academy no matter how desperate or fast you need to get your hair done.) I was wearing my hair in a bun and wanted to die until I found Emily. She got me in the very next day AND moved appointments around so that she can help me... that was my very first impression of her and I knew I found a gem. Then, she spent 4 hours on my hair explaining every step in her process. After 10 minutes with her, I felt like I had known her for years because we instantly connected on so many levels. She is not only extremely talented but SO professional and kind hearted. She also has a very sweet assistant who helps her AND brings you coffee (delicious, too.) In the end, my hair turned out so fabulous that I ended up getting sooooo many compliments! And now I'm not even sure I want to go blonde because I am blown away by the color she was able to bring my hair to. If you're searching for a stylist, DO NOT search anymore! Stop searching, just go to Emily and see the magic for yourself!
