  • I am NOT happy with my service here at all! I called before hand to get a breakdown of the fees so I could budget accordingly and to schedule my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00am, and the office representative said the process would take about 30 minutes. When I arrived, I was told the doctor would not be in until 10:00 so I would have to wait or reschedule. I decided to go ahead and start the paperwork, which took about 20 minutes alone. I waited for the doctor to get there, and it was 10:45 when I was completely done. Also, when I first called, I was told it was $150 for the office visit and certification and $150 fee to the state if I qualified. At the end of my appointment, I was charged $200 for my office visit. When I asked what the extra $50 was for, I was told it was for the "processing fee." I told them that was not explained to me when I called. Even though the one taking my payment apologized for the miscommunication, he said I had to pay the extra fee. When I got home, I checked my notes to ensure I had my appointment time and the notes on the fees correct from the phone call, and they were. I then went on their webpage to see what their "fees" were. There is no mention at all about a $50 "processing fee." A chat box popped up with a representative asking if I needed help or wanted to schedule an appointment so I asked her about the fees involved. She mentioned the processing fee but said it was optional. I asked how, and she informed me that I can pay the office to process my application or I could do it myself online. WOW!! Really???? So I didn't have to pay an extra $50...do NOT go here. They will just take as much money as they can from you. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the doctors were great, but I would go somewhere else.
