| - Looks cool and the shiny guys who think they're cool go to this place, as well as some late 30s and early 40s guys who long to be in their 20s. Not a great pick-up bar. The cruise factor is very low. Mostly a stand and model place with expensive drinks, and they didn't even have Labatt Blue, which almost every other bar in Cleveland has. About the bathhouse angle...it has a separate entrance but the proximity prob scares away most eligible dancers for fear of sullying their reputations. The location, which deserves a mention, is not nice. Its located on a back street among warehouses. Scary looking day laborers, or night laborers, sometimes brawl a few blocks down in the middle of the street. Maybe these guys are homeless, I don't know for sure. Not an appealing atmosphere. A short walk away is a notorious crack bar, the Magic City. This is not the ideal place to wander late at night. I don't recommend it.
It was opened (I don't know if he's still there) by one of Cleveland's former gay A-listers, dj Jerry Szoka. Mr. Szoka has made many enemies in the 'community,' which may explain why the most beautiful and coolest gay boyz avoid this place.
