  • Sorry to some of you, but I've never had a problem reaching Don. And my problems have all been taken care of the same day. At a good, fair price. Son Mike even suggested a solution for a sink that kept on blocking that will mean I won't need him as much now. Plus, I really like dealing with a family run business! I've used hi 4 or 5 times and every occasion was 5 star.
