  • I am really quite confused about the few bad reviews on here because they are fantastic. GREAT customer service. The come right out to deliver and install. If anything is wrong they come right out to fix it. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I don't think the products are over priced at all. Yeah sure you can find stuff online "cheaper" but what happens when you need something fixed? Are you going to ship this huge product back to an online store? Good luck with that. I can barely move my cocktail arcade machine, do you really think I want to try and ship that sucker to someone? NO. And also, ALWAYS SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES! We as Vegas people need to remember that when we purchase products. Online companies for the most part can care less about customer service. Not ALL but a lot. Once they get your money, they can care less about you afterward. This place has been in business for years so that should tell you something too. They have two locations and it is very convenient. The girl that works here was available to me even after business hours, so how these "bad" reviews are believable is beyond me. I highly recommend this company for your home gaming needs. There were no "bait and switch" tactics. Period. I guess you cannot please everyone. And let me tell you yelpers; I am hard to please! I am a perfectionist, I make sure every nook and cranny is perfect, period. I am THAT annoying customer and they never made me feel bad about that at all. They came in with a smile on their face, and treated me like I was an old friend.
