  • I needed to buy a cable modem, so I dropped in to pick one up. It was really easy to find what I was looking for and an employee helped explain the difference between the various models. I opted for the basic one.....it was $10 cheaper than what Cox wanted to charge for theirs....score! Overall, a nice shopping experience. Will definitely be back. Return Factor - 80%
