rev:text	Peoria Dental is a "production" office. Their goal is to get as many people in & out as possible each day. I only saw the owning dentist one time to check my mouth for cancer. The remaining times, I have seen Dr Masters approximately 10 times & Maureen 8. Maureen gets 4 stars. Super nice & personable, but, low tech cleaning techniques. Dr. masters is always in hurry & thinks he can read my mind. I asked him to plan a phased reconstruction of my mouth starting w/ my front teeth. I started to tell him about a model of a new crowns I had done. He didn't let me finish & said that he knew exactly what I wanted. Two weeks later, I returned & there was no model, but, instead 6 crowns he had made that looked exactly like my current worn down set of teeth & wanted $3,200+. Dim me because I had already put down $1,600+. He always says that they guarantee their work, but, they DO NOT! Also, he charged me out-of-pocket $650/crown, yet, all I was supposed to pay with my insurance was $450/crown, so, he cheated me on the price. He sent me to his lab, but, learned that he did not do the correct molds for a complete mouth reconstruction that would correct my bite. I wrote to Dr. Masters requesting to meet with him & not rush out on me, so we could create a dental plan. If he wasn't interested in doing a full aesthetic set of crowns/be were, I requested a refund since he "guaranteed" his work. 2 years have gone by & never heard a word. State Board complaint is next.
