  • The first time I went to this MVD was to change my NY license to an AZ license. I waited 20 minuted to get a number, but they called me to window 18 immediately! I was impressed but then they kept screwing up my picture and signature and I had to pose 4x for them to get it straight. But then it was good and I left. HOWEVER, on 2/29/16 I took Johanna to get her license changed to AZ. It was busier than my previous visit, taking 50 minutes just to get a number, and then an additional 90 minutes to realize there must be something wrong since everyone who was online in front of us was already gone. I told the lady at the front desk that we are number N878 and it's been 90 minutes and they haven't called ANY "N" numbers yet. She said there are no "N's" in the system (even though their computer printed it out for us). She apologized and had someone help us right away. She started the paperwork and then got up and left with our stuff and for the next 15 minutes we sat at the window wondering what was going on and where she went. Finally she came back, finished things up and we left. All together we spent 3 HOURS just to change ONE license!!! My girl refuses to go back to this location for any reason, and I too will be trying a different location!
