  • after having bad experience after bad experience with another Jeep dealership in town, I was willing to drive the additional 60 minutes round trip to try out Hendrick to have my Jeep looked at. The staff there was very professional and I never once felt like they were trying to squeeze any $$ of out me. In fact, they kept my vehicle for 3 days to try to replicate the problem and gave me a loaner vehicle of the same caliber without any question. Because they were not able to replicate the issue during my Jeep's weekend stay, they couldn't not replace the part in question due to Chrysler warranty regulations. Although my car was looked at and tinkered with all weekend, I was not charged a dime. The lobby is clean, and comfortable. There is bottled water, coffee and popcorn available as well. Both times I've been there, I've plugged in my laptop and was able to get a substantial about of work done at one of their work stations. I was so happy with the service, I actually went back this weekend to get my oil changed there. And BONUS! for checking in with yelp I got an instant coupon!
